Rest of the entire body, especially the digestive system:
Limiting the number of meals, the amount and type of food taken and the way food is prepared (resting diet) and if possible, stricter fasting (tea fasting or bread-&-milk cure) allows the digestive tract to rest and regenerate. Rest and recuperation are key factors in your own healing process. Simply relax and enjoy your treatments!
Try your best to leave behind everyday stress, and please reduce the consumption of information via television, phone, internet etc. Tune out and enjoy!
