Massages

Special massages are an important component of MODERN MAYR THERAPY. They provide therapy for different organs (muscles, connective tissue, skin).

By stimulating reflex zones, massages can also treat internal organs and provide indications for further therapy. Special massages emphasize the following techniques:

Lymph Drainage
Lymph drainage gently and effectively stimulates lymph circulation. The lymphatic system transports toxins through the body, which makes lymph drainage an essential element of MODERN MAYR THERAPIE.

Connective Tissue Massage
Connective tissue encompasses sinews and tendons throughout your body. Connective tissue massage can mobilize calcifications and deposits.

Detox Massage
Stimulates the circulation and elimination of toxins through the skin. Detox massage is especially useful at the beginning of MODERN MAYR THERAPY.Head Massage
Special massages of the head and lymphatic drainage in that area can be helpful with headaches, migraines, sinus problems and neck/upper spinal problems.

Foot Reflex Zone Massage
The soles of your feet contain reflex points for your entire body. Tenderness of specific reflex points indicates imbalances of a specific organ. Manipulating these reflex points improves the health of that organ

Back (Spine) Massages
The spine is often the origin or the target of pain. That is why treatment of the spine plays a central role. Connective tissue, reflex zones, segmental disorders and muscle tension can be treated gently and effectively using different techniques.

Further Massages:
