    For this, the VIVA VITAL CLUB uses the specially adapted internet application My Vitaly. Specially developed equipment such as scales can measure your weight, body fat, muscle and water content and automatically send them to your PC. We at VIVA immediately receive your measurements and actively contact you. Blood sugar and blood pressure can be transmitted in the same way, and of course we regularly discuss the results with you.
  • Defining targets and checking health parameters:
    Regular transmission and monitoring of your previously defined health parameters can help you reach your targets more efficiently. Regular communication and exerting influence to stop unpleasant symptoms from occurring are both priorities of the VIVA VITAL CLUB. The ability to react immediately is also essential, e.g. if the patient’s weight starts creeping back up. Ongoing communication with your doctor is also a motivation to maintain the improvements in your health already achieved
  • Regular personal advice via internet communication:
    You can also communicate with us via the internet and ask us your questions directly. For this, My Vitaly offers a video telephony function with which you can discuss all your questions with your doctor or therapist at agreed times.
